Colorado’s favorite resorts are well-known for amazing skiing, snowboarding and snow-shoeing–but don’t underestimate just how much fun you can have in the summertime. Vail and Beaver Creek are home to numerous activities, some of them fairly unique. Below are some of my favorites. My family always signs up for a white water rafting trip when we visit Colorado.
